  On the prior art vacuum circuit breaker, the vacuum interrupter is generally installed in the insulating sleeve through the upper bracket and the lower bracket. This installation structure and installation method require other parts to fix the installation position of the lower bracket itself, which makes the lower end of the vacuum interrupter easy to shake after being installed in the insulating sleeve, which is very important for the normal operation of the whole vacuum circuit breaker


  

   When the vacuum circuit breaker is used, the cover plate is connected with the upper end of the cylinder through thread to realize the sealing of the upper part of the vacuum interrupter. A support block is set in the middle of the cylinder, and the limit plate is fixed on the support block to realize the sealing of the lower part of the vacuum interrupter. That is, on the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the vacuum interrupter, the dust-proof level of the vacuum interrupter in the cylinder is reached.

  The upper end of the cylinder is provided with a fastening block, the outer wall of the fastening block is provided with an elastic hollow truncated cone, the hollow truncated head starts from the inner wall of the cylinder to match with the groove, the ejector rod passes through the middle of the fastening block, the upper end of the ejector rod is provided with a rubber block which contacts with the inner wall of the cover plate, and the upper end of the vacuum interrupter is connected with the fastening block, that is, the mutual support and contact between the rubber block and the cover plate are used to stabilize the upper part of the vacuum interrupter It's settled.

  In the middle of the cylinder, the limit plate on the support block provides the support for the vacuum interrupter, so as to ensure that the whole vacuum interrupter is stably clamped in the cylinder, prevent the shaking of the vacuum interrupter, and effectively improve the installation stability of the vacuum interrupter in the cylinder.
